Dubai Metro trains take shape

The construction of rolling stock for the Dubai Metro has commenced and the first train should be ready by October, with testing and commissioning set for next March. Each train will comprise five passenger cars, three motor cars and two trailer cars and will be approximately 85 metres long, 2.8 metres wide and 3.9 metres high. The trains will be able to accommodate 643 passengers.
