Integralis, ProtechT deal

European IT security solutions provider Integralis has finalised the acquisition of ProtechT, which is based at Dubai Internet City. Antoine Chamieh, the General Manager of ProtechT, which specialises in identity management, said the deal will see his firm become the Middle Eastern operation of the Integralis Group. ProtechT's list of clients includes Qatar's Ministry of Interior, Dubai's Department of Health and Medical Services and the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, among others.
