EMAAR shifts The Meadows sales centre into heart of the city for Ramadan

EMAAR Properties today announced extended sales hours and the shift of the sales centre for its highly successful villa development project, The Meadows, into the heart of the city for the convenience of its investors.

The Meadows Sales Centre, now located in a prominent marquee next to the recently launched EMAAR Towers, will stay open from 9am to midnight, seven days a week until the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Mr. Mansour A. Al Othaimin, Corporate Director, Sales & Marketing, EMAAR Properties said the temporary shifting of The Meadows sales centre into the heart of the city will allow the company to be more accessible to investors and potential home-owners.

"Investors in The Meadows project now have an excellent opportunity to choose a villa right here in the city's centre during Ramadan at timings which are very convenient," Mr. Al Othaimin said. "By going to the people, we are confident of creating huge interest in one of our most prestigious projects. Nationals and both Arab and non-Arab expatriates will be served by dedicated sales staff at this sales centre," he added.

The Dubai Marina Sales Centre will also be open for business from 9am to midnight during Ramadan, offering residential units at the Dubai Marina project. The Springs and The Greens projects will continue to be sold to investors at The Lakes Sales Centre between 9am and 8pm.

Following the successful launch of The Meadows in June this year, and the project's subsequent launches, a record number of villas have been purchased. The Meadows feature premium villas near the Emirates Golf Club and The Montgomerie Golf Club and will be ready for occupancy within the next 18 months. The luxurious four, five and six bedroom, double-storied villas are set upon a generous plot with a private garden.

The Meadows offers residents a distinctive living environment that will cater to virtually all their needs. This community will be served by swimming pools, landscaped parks, children's play area, nurseries, spas, gymnasiums, schools, shopping arcades, cafes, fine dining restaurants, mosques, community centres, etc.
