Rohit Misra joins MCN as Regional Training Director

MCN is the overall managing/ holding company for several key advertising, marketing and media companies in the Middle East, including the Promoseven Network - the largest advertising agency network in the region. MCN has 68 offices throughout 18 countries.

Rohit has the impressive task of leading the training effort of the organization. Rohit's role is to further develop the MCN Academy with all training programs. He will also focus on developing and holding internal courses to improve processes, the performance of all MCN offices and to integrate clients in training.

"This is a big step, a major commitment for our organization," commented Ricarda Ruecker, Regional Managing Director at Promoseven, who is the overall head of the Training and Development initiative. "We have previously worked with Rohit on Training projects, and I am convinced he will be a hugely positive influence on our way forward" she added.

Prior to his independent stint - during which he worked on projects for the University of Wollongong, Dubai, including a joint effort with Promoseven - Rohit was Regional Vice President, Middle East, EURO RSCG Worldwide. He was responsible for establishing EURO RSCG's presence across the Middle East through a network of offices in nine countries in the region.

Rohit has over 17 years of experience in marketing communications and has worked on several global brands. He began his career in direct marketing with Ogilvy and then set up a direct specialized company for JWT in India.

Rohit has conducted numerous communications programs and has also served as a Mentor in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development.
