Majan College is a Gold Sponsor at GHEDEX Exhibition

Majan College is currently one of the largest private higher educational institutions in the country with more than 1700 registered students.

The college, formerly the College of Administrative sciences, was established in 1995 in association with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and is the first private college in the Sultanate of Oman. The College is located on a single campus in Darsait which is home to a multi-cultural academic community of both students and staff.

One of the Gold Sponsors at the GHEDEX - Gulf Higher Education Exhibition, the key aim of the College is to enhance the academic standards of its programs. To achieve this objective the College applies strict quality policies and procedures. These policies and procedures are detailed in the College Quality Assurance manual and are enforced by Quality Assurance Department assisted by quality assurance units in each academic department.

Also as part of the career guidance activities the college helps students in their job search through proper training on the preparation of Curriculum Vitae, job applications and interview techniques. The college also maintains good relations with both the private and public sector work institutions locally and internationally. Such relations open further opportunities for Majan College graduates to get suitable employment.

Majan College offers a range of undergraduate and professional courses in Business, Accounting, e-Business, Information Technology and Arts, through both part-time and full-time modes of study. The College also offers the executive MBA program and the MA (TESOL) where the structure and mode of delivery is flexible enough to allow working students to enroll. The College's undergraduate programs and quality assurance systems are designed to comply with the University's academic regulations and requirements. The University of Bedfordshire is the awarding body for those students who have successfully completed.
