Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) announced its movement to its new technologically advanced headquarter located on Emirates Road.
The DSOA headquarters offers a unique technological environment that strives at providing advanced security for information and data. Additionally, a set of power and A/C is provided to all delicate and advanced technological machinery. Furthermore, the new headquarters offers a unique technology-focused office space design, supported by an Avaya-based IP telephony network that utilises the converged network concept in which voice, data, and video are transmitted over a single cable to the end user.
Accessible from Emirates Road and the Dubai-Al Ain highway, the premises will have an integrated building management system with CCTV for security. It will offer server hosting facilities for companies within the zone, as well as lease lines and other business facilities. Almost all DSO services in the building will be plug-and-play, allowing access to services directly from the network.
The new headquarter IT infrastructure has been built on a converged multi-tenant network concept including a Data centre hosting facility and an IP Telephony and Internet access as well as a Virtual private network.
