Plug-ins Electronix opens flagship store in Bahrain

The new store will be the first owned retail outlet for Plug-ins outside the UAE.

Providing a true Plug-ins multi-brand experience, the massive 11,200 square feet store embodies the Al-Futtaim Group's efforts to provide customers with the best brands and services and offer customers more than 300 brands to choose from.

Mr. Vishesh Bhatia, Group Director (Electronics, Engineering & Technologies), Al-Futtaim Group said,

'It gives me great pleasure as the Al-Futtaim Group opens its first Plug-ins Electronix retail outlet in Bahrain. This flagship store with its unique and elaborate layout will raise the bar for electronics retailing in the region. The flagship store at Seef Mall will feature an extended range of white goods including a wide selection of kitchen and home appliances. In addition, the new store features a standalone interactive gaming section to boost its position in this segment. Customers can browse through the wide range of consumer electronics and digital products, mobile telephony and the extensive IT offering for which Plug-ins has become so well known.

The store floor has been divided into six distinct zones which have been tagged according to the product offering: 'Talk' for mobiles, 'Listen' for sound, 'Watch' for vision-related products, 'Live' for home appliances, 'Play' for the gaming zone, music and DVDs, and 'Connect' for IT products and digital cameras.

Plug-ins Electronix currently has stores situated in Dubai Festival City, BurJuman, Al Ghurair City, Souk Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi and Sahara Centre in Sharjah in the UAE.
