RTA appoints number of qualified staff in leading positions

This also came in line with the Directions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai to persuade growing talent among the nationals and encourage Emiratisation in the authority. The new appointments are to ensure the vision and strategic goals of the RTA are established which is 'Safe and Smooth Transport for all'.

The new orders include the appointment of Mohammed Essa Al-Rowaished as Deputy Director of Planning & Design Department and Rail Design Manger. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado at Denver (U.S.A.). He worked in Engineering Project Management (E.P.M) for various types of projects for more than 15 years and acquired strong site management capabilities with effective leadership and managerial skills. He has been acknowledged with many appreciation certificates during his years of experience due to his distinguished achievements.

Hessa Amin Al Sharif, Office Manager for CEO of Public Transport Agency and he has higher diploma at Communication Technology specialized in Media Production from the Higher Colleges of Technology At Dubai Women's College and currently she is studying her bachelor degree in communication technology as well. She has more than nine years of experience gained from different administrative, supervision and Media positions in number of government departments.

Al Tayer also issued an order to appoint Hatif Khalaf Al Hadathi as Training Specialist in the Human Competences Department of Public Transport Agency. He has number of bachelors' degree from India and from Sand Hurst Academy in UK as well as a certificate in the Strategic Leadership and currently completing its Doctorate degree in Contemporary History. He has training and administrative experiences for more than 25 years and he is also Manager for more than training institutes and strategic research manager as well.
