Tanmiyat completes a successful 3-day maiden event at Cityscape Asia in Singapore

Tanmiyat was a Platinum Sponsor of the Cityscape event.

First introduced in Dubai in 2001, Cityscape is an international exhibition presenting property investments and developments from companies in the Middle East. Cityscape Asia is one of the latest global events following Dubai, Abu Dhabi, China, and India.

Tanmiyat successfully promoted its key mega-developments, including its 24.7 million sq ft Living Legends project in Dubai, which comes with a USD 3.8 billion price tag. The project is the first of its kind in the Middle East with an investment cost reaching USD 272.3 million. Tanmiyat has also promoted its projects at the heart of Business Bay, as well as in Ajman Marina, in addition to its projects in Turkey, and Saudi Arabia.

During the 3-day event, Tanmiyat received positive media attention from the major media organizations in Singapore, including the country's top newspapers as well as broadcast media. Tanmiyat's Deputy CEO, Mr. Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, was also interviewed by Reuters Singapore.

Tanmiyat's key management executives met several top local corporate bankers and investors to discuss its exciting expansion plans and opportunities in Singapore and other parts of Asia. Tanmiyat also explored future collaborations for the Group's foray and expansion into Asia with local and regional business partners.

Tanmiyat will extend its participation as one of the platinum sponsors at Cityscape China 2007, which will take place at the Shanghai International Exhibition Centre (INTEX) between the 24th and 26th of May.
