Tameer Holding unveils half billion dirham deal with Al Rajhi Projects & Construction

The deal - worth AED 522 million in total - commissions Al Rahji Projects & Construction to build 41 residential buildings within Al Ameera Village: a mixed-use, first-of-its-kind project within the Emirate of Ajman. Tameer has issued a letter of acceptance to Al Rajhi Projects & Construction and work will commence in early April.

When completed, Al Ameera Village grand town-sized project will contain a five-star hotel, shopping mall, residential and business facilities, and is set to represent a major turning point in the evolution of the Emirate of Ajman. With extensive amenities for families and executives, it is already being considered one of the hottest property locations within the United Arab Emirates - conveniently located off the Emirates Ring Road close to both Sharjah and Dubai.

H.H Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince, officially commenced the development of the Al Ameera Village in June 2006 when he laid a symbolic 'foundation stone' on the site of its construction. First announced in May 2005, the distinctive Tameer Holding project immediately generated a large amount of interest from prospective investors and residents which continues to grow to this day.
