Jadaf Dubai revises business plan to suit integration with DD World

Since the decision was announced recently to establish DD World, Jadaf Dubai's senior management has been constantly reviewing its corporate strategy in conjunction with the parties involved. It has also taken measures to institute performance indicators and other operational tools to help achieve the company's business goals.

Jadaf Dubai's human resources development program is in accordance with the Dubai Strategic Plan, 2015, announced by HH Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aimed at widening the base of sustainable career opportunities for UAE nationals.

Jadaf Dubai, established 29 years ago, is a recognized ship repair destination for small and mid-sized vessels coming from the Gulf region, South Asia, Africa and Europe.

It has also provided quality training facilities for technicians from neighboring countries.

The new Jadaf Dubai complex at Dubai Maritime City will include 82 medium and small sized vessel maintenance and repair workshops, 82 warehouses of 5,000 square meters each, more than 30 commercial outlets specializing in marine accessories, spare parts, engines and oils, in addition to office units, showrooms and restaurants.

DMC is being positioned as one of the largest integrated maritime hubs in the world when fully completed.
