Saudi editor reinstated

A Saudi newspaper editor has been reappointed after he was sacked four years ago for criticising hardliners, AP reported. Jamal Khashoggi was removed from Al Watan newspaper after clerics protested against a series of articles that depicted the kingdom's religious police as overbearing and outdated. Khashoggi said the media is more open than four years ago.
