Sandrine Le Biavant joins TSA as Director of Business Development

With a hospitality career spanning over ten years in Europe and the Middle East, Ms Sandrine Le Biavant has joined TSA Training Services - a leading provider of skills training for the hospitality industry as Director of Business Development.

As an international sales and marketing professional having held senior management positions with Hilton International, and Bavaria Hotels International, Sandrine brings a wealth of experience to her role in the newly established Dubai regional office for TSA managing the provision of skills and training services. Headed by David Jarvis, General Manager, TSA has been operating in the Middle East and Europe for over five years, and the decision to set up a regional office in Dubai demonstrates our commitment to support existing clients while developing new partnerships throughout the Middle East, Europe, India and Africa.

TSA offers a partnering solution proven to increase the revenue performance of hotels. Using integrated technology platforms for the measurement and management of training results, TSA programs and services increase skills, motivate teams, and drive sustainable incremental performance in today's competitive market place.

Sandrine will be the primary contact point for hotels throughout the MENA region and will be managing an internationally based network of professional trainers, all with hospitality backgrounds, with an emphasis on revenue generating operational areas with programs such as 'front desk up selling', 'reservations sales', 'a suite of sales training programs', 'maximising meetings and events revenue', 'food & beverage suggesting sales' and 'executive revenue management'.
