The conference is organised by Electro Med with the objective of holding an international forum that would facilitate interaction between investors, real estate owners and private companies and updating them on urban development as well as the fast growing construction sector in RAK.
RAK Ecrex will feature engineering consultancy firms, real estate companies, real estate investment companies, commercial brokerage firms and construction companies.
Commenting on the event, Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, Managing Director of RAK Properties said
"RAK has witnessed remarkable urban development in the past two years, attracting the biggest companies specialized in urban projects and real estate investment to the emirate. It is indeed a privilege to be able to support this growth by sharing our success with stakeholders and visitors and show them what Ras Al Khaimah is capable of achieving."
The event will also bring together companies participating in the fast expanding construction sector in Ras Al Khaimah and provide information on the latest techniques in engineering and construction designs available in the country.
RAK Properties will showcase Julfar Towers, the AED500 million, twin 43-storey office-cum-residential project, along with Mina Al Arab, an AED10 billion mixed use project spread over an area of 35 million sq. feet, at the event. Both the projects were launched last year. RAK Properties will also offer units in both the projects for sale at the exhibition.
