Mazda provides free 24-hour roadside assist facility to customers

Emergencies on road cannot be anticipated much in advance. But Mazda has ensured that their customers don't have to be stranded if their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere.

This 24-hours free roadside assistance offers various assistances like vehicle towing, flat tyre service, battery service and fuel refilling (except during accident cases). Vehicle towing involves, hauling of broken down vehicles, which cannot be driven, to the nearest Mazda service centre.

In case of a punctured tyre, replacement of the tyre with an existing spare tyre will be done. If your car battery is weak and gives way, you will receive assistance to restart it. Whatever the case might be, if the vehicle is in jeopardy and cannot be driven, it will be transported to the immediate service facility.

On the rarest occasion if a car has ran out of fuel, the customer will get the assistance with minimum fuel supply to sustain the car until it reaches the nearest fuel station.
