KM Properties strengthens Saudi presence

Set to take place from April 28 to May 4, the DTCM-organised property exhibition will showcase development in Dubai, as well as providing KM Properties with a platform from which to promote its new Saudi Arabian operations.

KM Properties Dubai will be represented by Durgham Baker, Senior Sales Manager for Brokerage. He will join Khalil Al Haddad, CEO of KM Properties KSA Office.

The real estate company launched operations in the Kingdom earlier this year, opening branches in Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah to ensure maximum accessibility for clients. KMP has already outlined plans to build 14,000 units in these major cities.

"KM Properties maintains an office in Saudi Arabia which actively promotes our properties in Dubai and the last exhibition we attended we had a very good response rate from Saudi nationals owning properties in Dubai,"

said Khalil Al Haddad, CEO of KM Properties KSA Office.

"Only a few property developers are aggressively targeting the Saudi market, and KM Properties sees this market as a huge potential source for property investment. We are very optimistic about the positive response of the property investment prospect from Saudi investors so far, and believe that this DTCM-organised event can only help to further promote our status as a leading real estate developer," he added.

KM Properties has allocated AED5 billion to develop property in Saudi Arabia. The company is currently in discussions with various developers in the country and is expected to announce a number of joint ventures soon.
