Khodro sets up in Shiraz

The Iran Khodro Company is to establish a car-making plant in Shiraz, the capital of the southern Fars province, reported the Tehran Times. Iran's Minister of Industries and Mines Alireza Tahmasbi said the move will provide a significant boost to the region's development. The Iranian government has adopted a policy of locating automotive facilities around the country.
