GC Marine announces largest ever contract signing in Kuwait

Part of the Gulf Craft Inc group, GC Marine, has signed a ground breaking deal to deliver 36 pleasure boats for Alghanim Marine, the company's largest distributor in Kuwait, during the year 2007.
Alghanim Marine are participating in the Kuwait Boat Show this week, showcasing three GC Marine boats including Sea Breeze 33 Walk Around, 31 Sports Fishing and the Sea Breeze 26.
Speaking about the signing, "We are delighted to have signed the contract to deliver 36 boats in 8 months for Alghanim Marine. The number of marinas and boating clubs in the Gulf continues to expand, particularly in Kuwait, Oman and the UAE. As the growth in the region's marine industry continues to climb, we hope to receive further orders from our distributors," said Erwin Bamps, Executive Manager.
"We have seen a significant rise in the number of orders for leisure boats in Kuwait and therefore we are confident we will sell the 36 boats in such a thriving industry. In addition to the smaller sporting boats, we hope to expand our order to include a number of Adora 38 and Adora 53 yacht to meet the increasing need for more luxury vessels," commented Faisal Ahmed, Sales Manager, Alghanim Marine Co. for Instrument & Marine Equipment.
