MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) focuses on communication in leadership programme

An Elements of Leadership workshop organised by MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) in collaboration with the company's PR agency, Gulf Hill & Knowlton, was held recently at the MTC Vodafone (Bahrain)'s headquarters in Seef.

The workshop, focusing on the important role played by MTC Vodafone (Bahrain) management in communicating and sharing strategic corporate information with employees, was part of the company's ongoing management training programme.

MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) - part of the global telecom giant Vodafone - is committed to being the best place to work in Bahrain. The company invests heavily in international standards of HR practices and promotes open channels of communication to encourage and support employee development and motivation.

The Elements of Leadership Workshop aims to support the corporate values of MTC Vodafone (Bahrain) by recognising the importance of employees within the organisational community.

MTC-Vodafone comes as a result of a Network Partner Agreement between the Mobile Telecommunications Company (MTC), a GCC regional company, born in Kuwait, and Vodafone, a global company based in the UK.
