SmartCity Malta deal signed

Malta and a Dubai joint venture of Tecom Investments and Sama Dubai have signed agreements to set up the $300m SmartCity Malta. The project aims to transform the Ricasoli Industrial Estate in Malta into an ICT and media business community based on the models of Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City.
