Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence selects Pegasus Solutions to offer online reservations

Emirates Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Pegasus Solutions for the Utell Hotels & Resorts representation service to offer its customers a seamless online presence for reservations.

The Utell Hotels & Resorts representation service will be first rolled-out at the Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence, scheduled to open in September this year. Through this agreement, the Emirates Marina will be able to offer sophisticated reservations services for its guests and connect to the four major Global Distribution Systems - Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre and Worldspan.

Utell Hotels & Resorts is the world's largest hotel representation service, with more than 700,000 rooms represented worldwide. Thousands of reservations are handled each day for member hotels through Utell's UI chain code on the global distribution systems, across leading Internet channels, and through Pegasus' voice reservations centres. With the Utell service, the Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence's prospective guests and travel agents can view the hotel's property details, rates, availability and special deals on more than 1,000 top travel websites.

A 59-story development located in the Dubai Marina complex, the Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence will offer an exclusive selection of fully-furnished suites and apartments with a hotel service for both short- and long-stay guests. With Utell representation, the Emirates Marina Hotel & Residence will be able to offer specialised promotions to travel agents with special rate campaigns and proactive marketing by Pegasus' sales force.
