Oasis postpones AGM and EGM due to lack of quorum

Oasis International Leasing (PJSC) announced the postponement of the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) due to a lack of quorum.
The Agenda of the meeting will include approving the company's budget for 2006, discussing the recommendation to implement a 10-1 stock split, resulting in a par value of AED 1 per stock, and endorsing the restructuring of the company and transforming it into a holdings company group.
