The meeting has been rescheduled to 5 pm on 2nd May 2007 at Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi.
The Agenda of the meeting will include approving the company's budget for 2006, discussing the recommendation to implement a 10-1 stock split, resulting in a par value of AED 1 per stock, and endorsing the restructuring of the company and transforming it into a holdings company group.
