BP launches latest innovation in automotive engine oil in UAE

The Visco range brings to the region an automotive engine oil developed by market leader BP in its pursuit of motoring excellence, created to get the highest performance from your car.

Using BP patented CleanGuard™ protection the Visco range comes complete with a unique formula to prevent the build up of soot, varnish and carbon all of which can reduce an engine's performance. The Visco range keeps your car engine cleaner for longer and offers motorists superior protection to reduce oil burnoff and increase car fuel economy.

Visco's patented ingredients slow the formation of dirt at its source and wrap up dirt particles so they can't stick to the sensitive parts of a car's engine. Sticky particles from burnt fuel and oil can slow or even block oil flow, perhaps even shortening an engine's life. The particles can form an abrasive layer, which can interfere with the engine's operation and performance.

To celebrate the launch of the Visco range, BP created new hi-tech packaging to replace the Visco 2000 tin can which was so familiar on garage forecourts. Identified by its distinctive BP green colour and using a unique leading edge design, the new Visco range is now available in a plastic canister designed to keep the oil in the best condition. The easy to pour design means less spillage, better storage and can be recycled.
