Bawadi's support of AHIC underscores its commitment towards regional events that aid the growth of the hospitality industry in Dubai, the UAE and the region.

Bawadi is considered as one of the significant, strategic projects in Dubai and the region. Therefore, it was mentioned in the speech of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, during the Dubai Strategy 2007-2015 presentation.
One of the largest hospitality developments in the world with nearly AED 100 billion earmarked for mega projects, Bawadi will boast the largest hotel in the world - the 6,500 room Asia Asia. It will also provide more than 29,000 rooms to the Dubai market by the year 2015, and will have more than 100 entertainment shows and 1,500 restaurants.
The iconic developments have already signed up with several investors including Ottoman Palace Hotel and Resort - Golden Leaves Hotels and Resorts Ltd; Al Maghreb Resort and Spa - Al Ghurair Investment; America Hotel and Resort - Zabeel Investments; Palaces Hotel and Resort - Galadari Investments, and Holly Bolly Hotel and Resort - Plantation Holdings.
