Al-Deera Holding invests in Triton

Al-Deera Holding Company (K.S.C.C) announced its investment in U.S. based Triton Distribution Systems, Inc.
Mr. Abdulwahab Ahmad Al-Nakib, Chairman and Managing Director of Al-Deera, stressed "Al-Deera is keen on investing in innovative companies to build joint ventures in our region." He added, "Al-Deera has been able to enhance its position into major infrastructure-based projects by expanding its operations, beyond the Gulf region towards Europe and the U.S."
Al-Deera and Triton assigned Kuwait-based Univest Group, W.L.L. (Univest) as the exclusive distribution agency of Triton's products and services in the MENA region. Univest is known for introducing unique and innovative investment opportunities and products.
Mr. Khaled Magdy El Marsafy, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Univest said, "At Univest we always seek unique investment opportunities into revolutionary products or services that are creating a paradigm shift within their industry, our direct added value is to realize the merits of these anomalies early on by distributing the products in our region ahead of other markets."
Univest is the exclusive distributor for Triton in the following countries: Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Kuwait, The United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan.
Triton, hosted by Univest and Al-Deera, successfully held two days of seminars last week in Kuwait, which were attended by a majority of the travel agencies based in Kuwait. The seminar demonstrated Triton's products and services to the travel agents
as well as showcased the innovative advantages gained from using ReservationExpert™.
Mr. Gregory Lykiardopoulos, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Triton added, "We received such a high demand in the MENA region since we introduced ReservationExpert to the market here, that we decided to open Triton's regional head office in Kuwait in order to provide sales and technical support to our expansion in the MENA region." Gregory was in Kuwait this week meeting and discussing strategic partnerships with senior officials of all local major airlines as well as with some select large travel agencies. "The reception and adoption of ReservationExpert was impressively remarkable."
