New call centre to boost customer service at Fujitsu Siemens Computers

With organizations' IT budgets shrinking and improved productivity being a critical strategic requirement, much focus is being placed on customer service levels.

In a strategic move to boost customer satisfaction and service levels, Fujitsu Siemens Computers has commenced operations of its new contact centre.

The company has hired Buzz Contact Centre Solutions LLC to manage its regional call centre operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The centre will act as the initial point-of- contact for customers facing issues with any of Fujitsu Siemens Computers products, before they go to a service partner.

'A call centre is an essential part of any business seeking to drive efficiency through technology,' said Aiham Al-Akhras, Service Manager for the Middle East, Fujitsu Siemens Computers. 'This initiative demonstrates our continued support and commitment to our most demanding customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The call centre will be their first interface to Fujitsu Siemens Computers when looking for information, attempting to voice a concern, troubleshoot, or log in a warranty case. This would ensure that our customer is content with the after sales support of our products, as it takes one phone call to do it all.'

Tarun Gulati, Head of Buzz Contact Center, said:

'Our appointment to manage Fujitsu Siemens Computers call centre for two of the major regional IT markets is a challenge and opportunity for Buzz contact centre solutions. As a subsidiary of the Emirates Banking Group, our trained and efficient helpdesk personnel will help Fujitsu Siemens Computers warranty-holding customers with their product and service needs. The call centre operates from Saturday to Thursday from 8am - 9pm (UAE Time) on 04-3660399.
