- PRESS RELEASE
In keeping pace with people's fast changing lifestyle and hectic schedule, Consolidated Gulf Co. (CGC), the biggest retailer of mobile phones as well as the largest telecom and IT solution provider and integrator in Qatar has opened two new CGC-Nokia Service Centers in Doha's Al Sadd and City Center respectively.
These new Service Centers are in addition to the existing Level 3 Service Center at a prime location in Al Merqab.
Elaborating on the company's plan, Mr. Anil Mahajan, Head-Business Development, Consolidated Gulf Co., said, "The opening of the new Service Centers is in line with the company's continuous effort to deliver the best available services to its valued customers at an affordable price without compromising with quality standard. CGC's highly qualified engineers and well trained after-sales staff are serving over 7000 customers per month. CGC provides up-to-date and quick service keeping pace with technology revolution and is the only company having Nokia approved Level 3 Service Centre in the country. Giving top priority to its customers' satisfaction, CGC has been delivering very cost effective Level-1, 2 and 3 services to them on time from its main service center and these Satellite Service Centers, which are already operational with Express Service facility at City Center and Al Sadd showrooms."
These efforts will increase the existing service facility to CGC customers. "With over 20 years of experience, CGC has been imparting uninterrupted, systematic and affordable services to customers through its several showrooms and more than 300 partner outlets across the country," added Mr. Anil Mahajan.
As a leader enjoying a market share of over 80 percent and keeping in view day-to-day rising demand, CGC also plans to open about 20 more showrooms, fully equipped to provide new technologies to the people.
Three showrooms are opening shortly at Musheireb Street, Salwa Road and Industrial Area in Doha, thus covering a vast geographical area. By providing quality service as per international standard to customers CGC has been trying to make mobile users aware of the benefits of the original, authentic and reliable products.
