Lebanese rental crisis

Many of Lebanon's car rental firms are on the brink of going out of business and need urgent financial assistance, reported the Daily Star. Imad Abou Hamdan, the President of the Syndicate of Rental Car Agencies, said if the summer tourism season is a failure due to the ongoing political tensions numerous companies will close. Since the war with Israel, 14 firms have closed while another 40 are in trouble.
