Dubai Healthcare City targets key healthcare management issues at IMD - IHF Dubai 2007

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), a member of Tatweer, tapped into the latest thinking on key healthcare management issues during its participation in the leading International Medical Care & Diagnostic Conference & Exhibition (IMD - IHF Dubai 2007) conference.

The event, which ran up to the 24th of April 2007 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, was designed to showcase advances in healthcare by bringing medical professionals and manufacturers together under one roof.

Occupying a stand in hall 6, representatives from DHCC, Harvard Medical School Dubai Center (HMSDC), Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research (DHFMR) and Center for Healthcare Planning and Quality (CPQ), showcased to the international healthcare industry their commitment to sustain DHCC as a leading authority with the goal of creating a fully integrated healthcare community.

Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, CEO of DHCC, said: "As a centre for excellence, DHCC's participation in IMD - IHF Dubai 2007 allows us to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the healthcare industry.

"The conference provided an opportunity to engage in dialogue and exchange ideas to improve our understanding and to find innovative ways to enhance our role in offering prime service in the areas of emergency and catastrophe management, critical care and international hospital management."
