Dubai Chamber introduces its services at ATM Exhibition 2007

H.E. Engineer Hamad Mubarak Buamim, Director General of Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, stressed the Chamber's keen interest to participate in the ATM exhibition which is considered as one of the most interesting economic events that Dubai organizes every year to bring together the representatives of the tourism sector in the Arab World. The exhibition provides a platform where the participants could meet, exchange ideas and expertise, and introduce the tourist potentials in their countries, mainly in Dubai, with the aim of attracting more Arab and foreign investments to set up various tourist projects in Dubai.

'Dubai Chamber's participation in this significant event goes in line with the Chamber's strategy that aims at highlighting its leading role and outstanding services offered to the business community. The Chamber's participation helps in locally, regionally and globally promoting its members and business groups, including the Travel & Tour Agents Business Group which was established in February 18, 2003,' said Buamim.

He pointed out that the ATM helps introducing the Dubai Chamber members, registered under the Travel & Tour Agents Business Group, to the latest trends and developments in tourism sector which is one of the rapidly growing sectors in the UAE that is greatly supporting the national economy and the development process of the UAE.
'Dubai Chamber is quite interested to be part of the ATM Exhibition every year because of the growing importance of tourism sector which is one of the most significant sources of income in the UAE. Our participation aims to highlight the facilities and services that Dubai Chamber offers to investors and businessmen willing to set up different tourist projects in Dubai, as well as to promote Dubai as an important business and tourist destination and a business hub,' Buamim added.

The Dubai Chamber's stand at the ATM Exhibition will be visited by businessmen and representatives of travel and tour agencies in the UAE and the Arab World. The Chamber's staff will provide visitors with information and data on the facilities which the Chamber's offers to establish tourist projects in the emirate.

Visitors of the Dubai Chamber's stand at the Arabian Travel Market Exhibition will have an opportunity to win a visit to 'Ski Dubai' to enjoy skiing and feel the chill of snow through the raffle draw sponsored by 'Ski Dubai' which will be conducted on May 4. Twenty winners will be chose by the raffle to enjoy this unique experience.
