Police, minimum speed too slow

Brigadier Mohammad Saif Al Zafein, the Director of the Dubai Police's Traffic Department, has criticised the ruling from the Roads and Transport Authority to impose a minimum speed limit of 60 kph on roads with a maximum limit of 120 kph, reported Gulf News. Al Zafein said the minimum speed was too slow and, to avoid serious accidents, there should not be much difference between minimum and maximum speeds.
