- PRESS RELEASE
The Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) is sponsoring the Arab Media Broadcasting Forum (AMBF) which is currently underway at the Abu Dhabi Intercontinental Hotel.
It brings together the biggest Arab broadcasters, news agencies, media firms in addition to leading journalists, news anchors and other media professionals to discuss contemporary issues of Arab broadcasting.
The event was attended last year by more than 300 media professionals from the region and around the world. Closed-door deliberations which were broadcasted live on Abu Dhabi TV and other satellites channels were hailed by commentators as unprecedented.
Ahmed Hussein, ADTA's product Development Manager said the involvement of the tourism development body was part of its plan to maintain a conspicuous presence in major public events.
The event brings leading media professionals under one roof, thereby making it easy for us to engage them in key issues, said Hussain.
