The Dhs 300 million project is being developed by Creekside Development Company, owned by Al Baraka Islamic Bank, and is due for completion by 1st quarter of 2009.
The 22-storey commercial tower offers contemporary and luxurious finishes throughout. Features include restaurant and convenience store, roof top terrace, valet parking, and a minimum of 8 parking spaces per office.
Designed by award-winning architects Reiser and Umemoto RUR of New York, O14 Tower is remarkable for its lace-like façade which carries the 22 levels of custom-designed office floors without the barriers created by conventional columns and walls, providing exceptional levels of light, air and views.
