Better Homes introduces specialist commercial sales following leasing success
- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, April 29 - 2007 at 15:38
- PRESS RELEASE
Following on from its most successful year to date, the Better Homes Commercial division is embarking on a period of rapid growth and transition in the coming months.
Commenting on the developments, Niraj Massand, Director of Commercial Advisory at Better Homes said, "having established ourselves through leasing, people now see us as a point of contact for all their commercial needs. Given the success we have achieved within leasing and the experience we have built up, we feel now is the time to forge ahead and strengthen the division" adding that "for the first time consultants are specialising in either residential or commercial to improve the level of service our clients receive".
With the division already working exclusively on major projects including; Burjuman office tower, Stargate and some prestigious developments in media city, Massand says "commercial sales is an area with potential for huge growth in Dubai. We will be involved with sales of offices, shops, warehouses, labour camps as well as plots and already we have several exciting projects due to come on board in areas such as Business Bay, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai Marina and Dubai Sports City".
Given the developments, Massand's team will be dramatically increasing with the recent recruitment of 15 new sales consultants taking the total within the division to 32 with plans in place to increase even more over the next few months. The team will soon be moving to new premises at Gold & Diamond Park which will not only provide them with the space required to accommodate all the new recruits but will also provide clients with easy access and a central location.
In summary Massand stated, "These are exciting times for the commercial market. I am so pleased that our achievements in leasing, where we have secured a number of exclusive projects, have opened new doors within the market. I anticipate we will be working with some very big clients over the next year"
