Ras Al Khaimah's Investment and Development Office has agreed a multi billion dollar joint venture with the US based Argentum Development Company to construct the International Hospitality Trade and Training Zone. Covering 350 acres, ihottz, estimated to cost $2.7bn, will include a 260 acre free trade zone and an additional 90 acre hospitality education campus.
