Emirates Sunland Group premieres Palazzo Versace Dubai at Arabian Travel Market 2007

Emirates Sunland Group, the property development company behind Palazzo Versace Dubai Hotel, is participating in the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2007, to be held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from May 1 to 4.

It is expected that the group will gain the interest of participants and visitors when it showcases the second Palazzo Versace Hotel - currently under construction in Dubai.

Soheil Abedian, Managing Director of Emirates Sunland Group, said: "It is crucial to be present at exhibitions as important as the Arabian Travel Market to communicate with our customers about the unique product offering that guests will experience when PV Dubai opens. Palazzo Versace takes the beauty, the luxury and the opulence for which the name Versace is famous. Every meticulous detail of architecture and décor, down to the delicate china settings, envelops Palazzo Versace guests in an ambience that is pure Versace.

He added:

"We are confident that Palazzo Versace Dubai will be of great interest to the large audience expected at this years ATM, because of its name, innate design beauty, branding and recognition as the world's first fashion branded hotel. It will really make the tourism industry stand up and take notice."


Palazzo Versace Dubai is being developed on 130,000 square meters and will include 215 suites, restaurants, and a day spa, all of which will be furnished with an exclusive line of products from the Versace Home Collection. Suites range in size from 55sqm to 1200sqm for the Imperial Suite, of which there are two. In addition there are 188 condominium residences being developed as part of the luxury resort. These condominiums will be available for sale, with some of the condominiums available for rental through the hotel.

Emirates Sunland Group is currently developing several other projects in Dubai besides the world's second Palazzo Versace Hotel, such as D1, an 80-storey residential/resort tower. D1 will be a sister tower to Q1 on Australia's Gold Coast, in addition to project managing White Bay on behalf of Al Murjan Real Estate.
