"With so many high-profile events coming online in Abu Dhabi due to the ADTA's initiatives, according to industry figures, the demand for executive air travel has been steadily increasing by around 10% annually," said Christopher Crum, President and CEO, Royal Jet.
"The ADTA aims to increase tourism to the emirate by a staggering 200%, which will see some 3 million tourists travelling to Abu Dhabi by 2015. Royal Jet will serve the need for private aircraft charter for the elite visitors to Abu Dhabi, and is constantly assessing the industry movements by participating at important industry events such as ATM, in order to keep up with the increasing demand for aviation services."
Royal Jet provides a complete range of aviation services from VIP charter and ground handling to medical evacuation (MEDEVAC), through to aircraft management providing clients a turnkey solution for acquiring, maintaining and managing private jets.
It has recently invested AED 175 million in the creation of the new Guest Flight Control Centre - a dedicated department that streamlines the entire process of booking and travelling on the company's luxury aircraft.
Royal Jet's existing fleet boasts four Boeing Business Jets (BBJ), two Gulfstream G300, two Learjet 35, one British Aerospace Avro RJ85 special performance aircraft, and a dedicated Medevac Learjet (L55). Royal Jet's fleet of BBJ aircraft for charter is already the largest in the world with a fifth BBJ coming online later this year to further solidify Royal Jet's dominance of the large aircraft charter market. It also offers VIP configured helicopters through its partnered companies.
ATM will be held at the Dubai International Exhibition and Conference Centre from the 1st - 4th May 2007, which will attract approximately 2600 exhibitors from 60 countries, and Royal Jet can be found at the Abu Dhabi wing.
