i2 reaches out to customers in Bahrain

i2, the regions largest and most diverse mobile provider, has opened its fist customer care center in Bahrain to enhance services offered to their consumers.

Located on Al-Diya, opposite Bahrain mall, the customer care center will be responsible for all after sales support; this includes servicing, upgrades, repair and replacement, as well as any questions and/or concerns a customer may have.

"i2 is a mobile provider offering customers a choice of numerous mobile brands. However, we realize there was a need to offer our customers a thorough after sales support program, which guarantees fast solutions to any concerns or questions they may have. This is why we created a stand alone customer care center" stated Hicham Boueri, Managing Director of i2 Bahrain.

The i2 customer care center is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday through Thursday. The call center will also be accessible to all i2 customers visiting Bahrain from any of the other 22 markets it operates in.

"i2 will open more Customer Care Centers in other markets as well, to offer customers the maximum in after sales service and support. i2 has always been an avid believer in value added services and customer focused program. Costumer care is one example of the many initiatives we have for our customers," concluded Boueri.
