Guy Epsom, Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Hotels in the Arabian Peninsula said:
"Hilton for Free is an immensely popular programme, hence why it continues to run after ten years. New partners this year are VISA, as well as Dnata Holidays. A three night consecutive stay will earn travellers one additional complimentary night. For five nights booked, guests will receive an additional two nights stay, and a week's stay will earn them a fantastic three night extension. And for longer holidays, they can receive an extra week's stay for free!"
The programme expands every year, and this year nine new properties join the Hilton For Free family to provide even more choice to travellers. In addition to VISA's ten per cent saving, customers can also earn Hilton HHonors points and Airmiles.
The most popular Hilton For Free destinations are expected to be London, Paris, Vienna, Istanbul and Cairo. Travellers can also take advantage of staying at newly opened Hilton properties with locations all around the world.
Hilton Warsaw, newly opened in the downtown business district in the centre of Poland's capital; Hilton Molino Stucky, which will open in Venice on June 1, is located on Giudecca Island offering breathtaking views of the Venetian canals; Fiji Beach Resort & Spa is known as a South Sea paradise with a full range of diving and water activities; and Hilton Evian-les-bains, France, is set on the banks of Lake Geneva against the backdrop of the French Alps.
Additional new openings are Hilton Namhae Golf & Spa Resort in South Korea's Namhae Island - preserved as a National Park and surrounded by scenic mountains, forests and waterfalls; Hilton London Tower Bridge in the UK is located on the doorstep of the city's financial and shopping districts; Hilton Manchester Deansgate is characterised by its modern spiral atrium, and the first Hilton Garden Inn to join the promotion at Rome Airport.
Stephen Coakley, Marketing Communications Manager for Visa International in the Middle East, said, "Visa continuously strives to enhance the holiday experience for its loyal customers. Hilton for Free is a great platform for us because it appeals to so many of our cardholders, who love to travel during summer and relish their time abroad. By giving our esteemed customers a ten percent discount in addition to receiving extra nights free, we are giving them the chance to get more value out of their holiday."
Nick Sheppard, Manager, Dnata Holidays said:
"We are pleased to join hands with Hilton Hotels and are confident that thousands of Middle East travellers will take advantage of the savings that the Hilton For Free promotion offers. This is a unique, value-added programme that is geared to our seasonal travel patterns here in the Gulf, and ensures that our customers receive maximum value for money."
