The Grand comes to Dubai

Nakheel and India-based Bharat Hotels have agreed a joint venture to develop a $95m hotel in Dubai. The 234-room Grand Fort Dubai will go up near Nakheel's Ibn Battuta Mall in Jebel Ali. Bharat will design and manage the property, which will be built by Nakheel. The property will have a spa and wellness centre, banquet and conference rooms, a shopping arcade and a range of restaurants.
