The two parties will perform due diligence prior to establishing a joint venture to operate as a new travel management company in Saudi Arabia under the name Alshamel-STC.
Through aggressive regional expansion plans, Alshamel over the years has been able to reach customers worldwide and now enters the Saudi market via three major provinces; Western, Central and Eastern.
Due to their comprehensive portfolio of niche travel services across the GCC and the Middle East, Alshamel-STC will bring their services and expertise to the Saudi Arabia market to create an unforgettable personal travel experience for both their corporate and individual clients.
