During the three-day exhibition, the company generated over 90 leads from internationally-renowned developers of amusement parks and resorts for the provision of its souvenir imaging service. The leads came in from various parts of the world including Europe, Middle Eastern countries like Jordan, Egypt and Oman, the Far East and India.

DEAL 2007 brought together more than 180 international exhibitors from 30 countries to exhibit in over 50 industry categories, making it one of the biggest trade events of its kind in the region. This year, the show incorporated new strategic concepts into its agenda from the leisure, entertainment and edutainment industries.

"DEAL 2007 presented a perfect platform for DigiPhoto to demonstrate an ideal workflow for a souvenir imaging program that could be replicated onto an amusement park or a resort. The event gave us an excellent opportunity to interact and build relationships with several leading developers of leisure parks and resorts from around the world. We were overwhelmed by the response generated by our stand at the exhibition, and the fact that we received over 90 leads during the event is ample testimony to the success we achieved at the show,"

said K.S. Ramakrishnan, Director, DigiPhoto EIS.

"Over the coming months, we will be evaluating each of the leads and working towards finalizing the most feasible ones. Having made quite an impact in our debut participation in DEAL, we look forward to the next edition of the event in 2008," he added.

At its stand in DEAL 2007, DigiPhoto had its entire system laid out and visitors had a chance to interface with the patented Kodak Entertainment Photo Experience (EPX) high performance imaging software, which makes capturing, managing and delivering digital image products simple. The trade visitors also had an opportunity to learn how the Kodak EPX ensured high quality images and guaranteed greater per-guest revenue.

DigiPhoto is present in key locations in Dubai such as Wild Wadi, Ski Dubai, Bab Al Shams, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Arabian Adventure desert safaris, within Madinat Jumeirah - at the Mina Salam Hotel, Souk Madinat and Al Qasr, and most recently at Al Sahra Desert Resort. In addition, the company has outlets in Singapore's Sentosa Island, Night Safari, Songs of the Sea and Singapore Zoo.
