This year, the show is not only set to break all previous records in terms of exhibitor and visitor numbers. It also promises to include every aspect of the industry, from furniture and interiors to office equipment, lighting and flooring.

Demonstrating the truly international flavour of the show are exhibitors such as Bene from Austria, with its network of 74 points of sale across 29 countries, offering a full range of services including office furniture design, manufacture, sales and consultancy.

JEC from France, will be exhibiting its unique range of office storage systems designed to integrate into the interior design, offering a choice of any material, colour or shade, including corporate colours or company logos if required.

Okamura from Japan builds what it describes as "human-centred thinking" together with "elegant and flamboyant styling" into its ergonomically designed chairs and workstations, allowing for maximum comfort and adjustability of workstations to minimise injury so often associated with long hours of desk work.

So too with Canadian manufacturer Nightingale, with their award-winning ergonomically designed range of CXO, SXO and LXO task and office chairs - described by the company as "timeless aesthetic and sustainable design."

This will be the first time that furniture manufacturer Luxus from Hong Kong will be exhibiting at the show. And like many of the other exhibitors, Luxus has a keen eye on the opportunities brought about by the developments in the region. "Our goal at The Office Exhibition is to broaden our presence and further expand our business in the region - to capture the economic and construction boom in the area," says Lawrence Wong, the company's Export Manager.

"Diversity has always been a trademark of The Office Exhibition," says Paula Al Chami, the event's Exhibition Director. "Not just through its international participants, but also in terms of the range of products and applications showcased by the exhibitors."
