Danat Dubai flagship vessel sails to Valencia, Spain

Dubai's most luxurious cruiser, owned and operated by Danat Dubai Cruises will depart on the 22nd of May for Valencia, Spain.
The journey from Dubai lasting 3 weeks, will see the 'MV Danat Dubai' sail through the Red Sea and the Suez Canal and into the Mediterranean Sea before arriving in Valencia in mid June 2007. This is the longest trip made by the vessel since its arrival in Dubai from Australia in 1999.
"The internationally registered 'MV Danat Dubai' previous charters have seen it travel extensively throughout the Gulf Region for events such as the Formula One Grand Prix in Bahrain" said Chris Anns General Manager.
In preparation for the America's Cup, the 'MV Danat Dubai' will undertake significant renovations that include carpet, fittings, toilets and upgrade of the vessel's navigation and safety systems in accordance with international regulations for long voyages. The renovation, which has already started, will maintain the luxurious appearance when it returns to Dubai during the first week of August to resume operations.
