IBM Middle East extends innovation at annual business partner conference

IBM Middle East is to host its annual 'Business Partner Executive Conference' (BPEC), which will gather partners from across the region to update them on IBM's latest channel strategy and programmes.

The one-day event is set to take place on the 9th of May at the Dubai Park Hyatt hotel and will have a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and growth.

"BPEC was a great success last year as it had a positive impact on 200 partners that were present at the conference," said Mr. Mourad Zohny, BPO manager, IBM Middle East, Egypt and Pakistan.

"This annual conference allows us to provide our channel partners with the support they need to expand their market outreach and meet changing customer needs. Collaborating with our partners and working closely with them adds value to our overall business and expands our offerings to ensure customer satisfaction."


The conference will cover key topics related to IBM's channel strategy with Ravi Marwaha, general manager, IBM Global Business Partners, and he will be accompanied by other high profile executives who will cover IBM's latest partner programmes. This year, IBM will introduce new technology services solutions to its partners as well as financing offerings that will enrich IBM's portfolio. The conference will also highlight IBM's focus on innovation fueled with collaboration as a key to success in today's global business environment.

"Our business partners whether they are system integrators, consultants, resellers or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) play a critical role in IBM's overall business," said Zohny. "IBM ensures working very closely with its partners to deliver innovative solutions that will help customers achieve differentiation and growth."
