Pakistan eyes Gulf investment

Pakistan is hoping Gulf based investors will be attracted to the upcoming privatisation of 26 motels currently run by the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation and located across the country, reported Gulf News. Potential investors have until May 25 to lodge an expression of interest. Salman Javed, the MD of the PTDC, said the sell-off is part of an attempt to boost the quality of services and engender competition.
