The event, to be hosted at the Dubai Knowledge Village Conference Centre, will feature seminars and workshops from the best global training and HR consultancies based within the free zone cluster. A total of 21 seminars and workshops have been scheduled from diverse sectors to reflect current industry trends.

Dr. Ayoub Kazim, Executive Director, Dubai Knowledge Village and Dubai International Academic City, said: "This First Annual Training and HR Open Day offers a unique opportunity for companies to identify specialised training avenues that are suited to individual staff development requirements.

"In this era of globalisation, the only constant thing is 'change' and organisations that fail to reorient continuously to the changing environment, will be left behind. Training, therefore, is a crucial component to ensure staff always stay up-to-date with the right tools and skill sets."

The workshops and seminars will present an excellent opportunity to understand cutting-edge concepts from the world of HR, training, assessment and consultancy. The event also provides ample time to network with industry professionals.

Dale Carnegie Training Gulf, Gibson Consulting, Innovative Human Resource Solutions, Synergy Professional Services, Mawaride, Paradigmz, Leading Concepts and Potential are among the 26 participating companies.

The target groups for the DKV Training and HR Open Day include CEOs, COOs, HR Managers, HR Directors, Training Managers, Project Managers, IT Managers, Network Engineers, Customer Care personnel, Sales Managers, Interior Designers, Architects, Multimedia Designers, Physicians, Nutritionists, and staff from Food & Beverage and Travel agencies.

The event is part of Dubai Knowledge Village's strategy to organise forums that drive the growth of education and training sectors through the sharing of knowledge and the exchange of ideas.
