Tanmiyat Group awards Ajman Marina master plan contract to HOK

Tanmiyat Group has started working closely with HOK to lay out Tanmiyat's visionary plans for the Ajman Marina development. The master plan will provide the framework for development within the marina precinct taking into account its unique location within the future development of Ajman.

The Ajman Marina project was announced in the UAE's smallest emirate in February this year. Ajman Marina, which is to be built along a 12-acre stretch of land near the Ajman Kempinski Hotel, will be the largest development in the area, and aims to be the most distinguished as well.

Development of this project indicates Tanmiyat Group's determination to contribute on a large scale to the economic and cultural development and growth of the region, through the provision of its signature high-class tourist, residential and commercial facilities. Ajman Marina is to be comprised of several luxurious residential towers, as well as a yacht club and a number of hotels, restaurants, and offices, in addition to a variety of other buildings.
