Burooj Properties sign AED 1 million deal to form new facility management company

Mr. Abdullah Ibrahim Al Dhaheri, Chairman of Hammer & Spanner, believes that his company is ideally placed to meet the property service requirements of Abu Dhabi's population. The company has set up a 24-hour help desk, which is manned throughout the year and can be reached using a toll free number. An annual subscription scheme paid by the client means that there are no additional charges for labour and service. "We aim to provide total peace of mind for a small monthly outlay," says Mr. Al Dhaheri.

Burooj Properties manages an extensive property portfolio and is engaged in both local and international project investments. Through its parent company, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, it also offers traditional financial services; such as valuations and Islamic property financing.
