"Cityscape Abu Dhabi is our first outing in the emirate's biggest realty show this year. We will also attend the Dubai Cityscape in October," said Dr. Mohammad Al Haddad, Chairman and CEO of KM Holding.
"KM Properties is looking at ideal locations in Abu Dhabi to set up iconic properties and developments, and we will soon open a sales office in Abu Dhabi as a branch to look after that segment. We plan to enter the market in a big way,"
he confirmed.
Businessman His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Bin Al Waleed Bin Talal Al Saud and KM Holding entered into a joint venture to launch a new Saudi-based real estate development company at the end of April.
The joint venture, KMPK Properties, will develop various real estate projects using a 'six value benefits' character which includes hotel facilities services, prime locations, good accessibility, luxury design, quality and delivery aspects.
"One of the investment products KMPK Properties offers is equity investments, in which investment banks and private funds will invest directly into our high return, low risk real estate development projects through winning formulas and smart strategies," Dr Haddad said.
"When our clients invest in KMPK Properties, they do it with the assurance that they are investing into the trust in our name as much as the project itself. This trust makes us take responsibility in a professional manner. Everything from project conceptualisation to design to post construction, including project handover, is carefully planned keeping in mind our consumers' interest at all times," Dr Haddad added.
KM Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai based KM Holding, is a fully-fledged real estate developer. KM Properties owns number of projects in the UAE at a value of AED4.3 billion, which covers modern offices and residential towers, retail areas, healthcare clinics and luxury hotels. All these projects are of exceptional quality, value and are designed by world renowned architects and leading designers such as Carlos Ott and Terry Farrrell.
Currently under development, with a completion date set for 2009, El Matador Tower offers an exclusive living experience at Jumeirah Village. The luxury development boasts luscious landscaping, expansive open spaces and sparkling water views.
El Matador Tower soars above the Jumeirah Village community. With a plot area of 70,000sq.ft, the tower offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with roof gardens on a freehold ownership basis to all nationalities.
KM Properties is also developing B2B Tower and Park Lane Tower at Dubai's Business Bay.
KM Holding will also be promoting its Tamani Hotels and Resorts at Cityscape. The new hotel brand was launched to the travel trade at the beginning of May. Tamani's first property, Tamani Hotel Marina Dubai, will open this summer and is tipped to be a popular weekend destination for Abu Dhabi residents.
The 55-storey Tamani Hotel Marina Dubai is situated in close proximity to both Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City, and offers easy access to Jebel Ali.
"The opening of Tamani Hotel Marina Dubai will be welcoming news to the Abu Dhabi residents. We strongly invite landlords and investors to visit us at Cityscape Abu Dhabi to realize the potential of what Tamani brand can add to their real estate assets," said Khulood Al Rostamani, co-founder and group director, KM Holding.
The five-star property, which will offer a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and four-bedroom penthouses ranging from 85mē to 330mē, will be a popular option for leisure travellers, especially families from the UAE.
The new hotel chain, which will offer Arabian hospitality, is also looking to expand into Abu Dhabi.
"Tamani will be present in locations with our certain target market. We are building hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Gulf cities, Saudi Arabia and India. We emphasise on niche markets where we will build affordable properties without compromising the five-star sense," said Khulood Al Rostamani.
KM Holding is exhibiting at Cityscape Abu Dhabi from May 8-10, and can be found at stand AD20 near the Main Entrance.
